Globalinx Virginia Beach is a carrier-neutral, subsea-focused retail colocation campus operated by Globalinx Data Centers at 1632 Corporate Landing Parkway in Virginia Beach, Virginia. Located in the Corporate Landing Business Park, it serves as a cable-landing-station interconnection hub for the MAREA (Virginia Beach-Bilbao, Spain) and BRUSA (Virginia Beach-Brazil/Puerto Rico) subsea systems. The facility provides meet-me-rooms and network-to-network interconnection for cloud providers, enterprises, dark-fiber operators, and subsea carriers, with AC and DC power and cabinet densities from 2 kW to 15 kW. It is designed to a Tier III standard, sits 17 feet above sea level outside the 500-year flood zone, and is fed by a 34.5 kV underground distribution feeder, scaling toward roughly 30 MW at full buildout.
