The roughly 25,000-square-foot building is Category 4 storm-rated with concrete masonry perimeter walls. Power is backed by dual UPS in a parallel N+1 configuration and multiple Caterpillar and Katolight diesel generators with 8,000 gallons of on-site fuel. Cooling delivers over 500 tons of capacity with hot/cold-aisle containment held at a constant 72F and 45% humidity. The carrier-neutral facility offers close to 100 Gbps of redundant fiber, with 10GE waves to the NAP of the Americas in Miami for global peering. HostDime maintains SOC 2 Type II, PCI, and HIPAA compliance. Security includes mantrap entry, biometric facial recognition, badge-only access, and 50-plus IP cameras.
