Iron Mountain Hutto-1 is the first of up to seven buildings planned for Iron Mountain's roughly 500-acre data center campus off FM 3349 in Williamson County, north of Austin and just south of Samsung's Taylor semiconductor fab. The site marks Iron Mountain's first Texas development, planned around an on-site substation and closed-loop cooling, with the first grid-connected buildings targeted around 2030. Detailed building specifications have not yet been published.
