Iron Mountain Hutto-7 would complete the seven-building master plan for Iron Mountain's ~500-acre data center campus near Hutto, Texas, in Williamson County north of Austin. The greenfield development — Iron Mountain's first in Texas — is planned with a dedicated on-site substation and closed-loop cooling, and the first grid-connected buildings are expected around 2030. Specifications for this phase have not been published.
