Maximum electrical demand is filed at 97.8 MW, backed by thirty-two 3 MW Tier 4 diesel generators with catalytic reduction and particulate filters. Pacific Gas and Electric would serve it through an on-site substation and switching station. The California Energy Commission has had the case open since 2022 and still lists it under review.
