Evergreen Heights Technology Center at 115 Evergreen Heights Drive in Ross Township runs to 65,000 sq ft with 15,000 sq ft of raised floor, and MSA has supplied 5 to 7 kW per rack, with N+1 and 2N generator backup and two upstream ISPs failing over under BGP. Deployments run from a single rack to a private cage or a full suite, and the unusual part of the offer is what comes bundled with the space: specialised UNIX systems administration and work-area recovery seats, which conventional operators rarely sell. Avere Systems, the hybrid cloud storage vendor, ran a test and development environment here. MSA's second Western Pennsylvania data centre, at its Tarentum headquarters on MSA Drive, is marketed as the in-region replication target. The Tier III performance language MSA uses is its own description of the design; the Uptime Institute register holds no award for the site.
