Novva did not build its Colorado Springs site, it bought it - on 31 August 2021, for $38.5 million - and kept leasing without a break. The data centre at 650 Sybilla Lane runs to 122,000 sq ft with a further 55,000 sq ft of office on a 68-acre El Paso County campus, roughly half of which is still undeveloped. Designed capacity was 6 MW at acquisition and Novva now markets 40 MW, supplied by Colorado Springs Utilities on an underground feed at 120, 208, 240, 277, 415 and 480 volts. Cooling is waterless, using ambient mountain air for more than 8,000 hours a year for a claimed annualised PUE of 1.3. Novva describes the building as carrier neutral with diverse fibre paths, though no interconnection record exists for it, so on-net networks and exchange presence are not independently listed. It markets the site as the first large-scale multi-tenant colocation facility in the city.
