The phoenixNAP flagship at 3402 E University Drive is a 200,000 sq ft carrier-neutral facility established in 2010 as the Phoenix NAP — the Southwest's principal network access point — with dense carrier choice, direct cloud on-ramps and the company's bare metal cloud platform on-site, all backed by a 100% uptime guarantee. SOC 1 Type II, SOC 2 Type II, PCI DSS and HIPAA compliance support regulated workloads. In March 2026 edge operator RadiusDC (Blue Owl/IPI-backed) agreed to acquire the building and its colocation business, with the deal set to close mid-2026 and an expansion to 8 MW planned; phoenixNAP continues to operate its bare metal cloud and network platforms in the facility independently.
