Bagan Datuk, in Perak Darul Ridzuan, is where Silver Streams Technofarm is building a data centre on a 49-acre site, as the project vehicle through which Bursa-listed Privasia Technology Berhad is developing it. The engineering, procurement and construction letter of award went to Inspur Communication Malaysia on 27 November 2025 at MYR 569 million excluding SST and was accepted on 2 December 2025, on an 18-month programme; launch is targeted for the second half of 2027. Contracted capacity is 10.06 MW of IT load, in a three-storey building planned for 1,000 modular racks at about 1.7 MW per hall, with an ultimate 25 MW described separately by the developer. Phase 1 is presented as a sovereign, government-exclusive facility. MARA Incorporated and FELCRA Berhad provide public-sector support, although Privasia states it is developing the site on its own. LEED Gold is the target certification and 99.995% the design availability figure; neither is an award, and Uptime's Malaysian register carries no entry for the site.
