Templus took over Cornelius House on Gelderd Close, in the LS12 postcode west of Leeds city centre, on 5 May 2026, when its purchase of nine AtlasEdge data centres completed. LEE01 offers 900 m2 of IT space carrying 2.8 MW, with racks provisioned between 4 kW and 15 kW - a mid-market band that suits enterprise and regional service-provider deployments rather than dense accelerated compute. Four networks serve the floor and no neutral exchange keeps a port inside the building, so a tenant wanting LINX, LONAP or IXLeeds reaches them over transport. Templus markets the hall on a Tier III Ready specification - wording that describes an intended design rather than an issued award. Madrid is the one building in the estate the Uptime Institute has actually certified. After the AtlasEdge deal the Templus estate runs to seventeen locations, more than 60 MW and around 750 customers, with Liberty Global and DigitalBridge behind the joint venture that sold them.
