Vantage CA1 – Building 4
2623 Walsh Ave, Santa Clara, CA, 95051, US
CA14 is a two-storey, 6 MW building adjacent to CA11 on Vantage's Santa Clara I campus, announced on 6 January 2016 with completion targeted for the fourth quarter of 2016, and it was pre-leased while still under construction that August. It totals 43,000 sq ft, of which 30,000 sq ft is white space, the smallest floor plate of the five campus buildings with a published area as of the 2026 campus specification. Its 6 MW took the campus past 50 MW of critical load when it was announced, on the way to the 77 MW the six buildings carry now. The building shares the campus's three dedicated 50 MW substations on Silicon Valley Power and its four fiber points of entry. CA14 is the building for a buyer wanting a small, single-tenant-scale block on this campus rather than a hall inside the 17 MW CA15 or the 21.3 MW CA11.
