Vantage's Santa Clara II campus sits on 9 acres at 737 Mathew Street, less than two miles from the Santa Clara I site, with three four-storey buildings totalling more than 541,000 sq ft and 75 MW of critical IT load, a campus figure that stood at 69 MW at the June 2018 groundbreaking and 77 MW in September 2020. Vantage announced the site in August 2016 at 51 MW, broke ground in May 2018 and opened the 21 MW CA21 in 2019. Three on-site 50 MW transformers deliver Silicon Valley Power at 415/240 V with N+1 redundancy, and cooling runs on closed-loop chilled water with water-side economizers, taken to the rack for 35 kW cabinets. Four fiber points of entry bring dark and lit fiber onto the campus. The three buildings are rated 21 MW, 24 MW and 32 MW, so a buyer here takes a hall or a floor within a four-storey building rather than cabinets.
