MXP2 is Vantage's second Milan campus, and it sits outside the city itself: two three-storey data centres at Castelletto, a frazione of Settimo Milanese roughly 15 km west of central Milan, inside the Metropolitan City. The land take is small at one hectare, so the buildings are stacked to make use of it - 10,000 m², about 108,000 sq ft of floor area, carrying 32 MW of critical IT load. Vantage set first-phase delivery for spring 2026. Counted with the first Milan campus, MXP1, the company's Italian platform totals 96 MW, and capacity goes out in hall-scale wholesale blocks rather than rack by rack. Vantage develops, owns and operates the site, so the building and the contract sit with the same company.
