Dugny Digital Hub (PAR15)
Avenue de la 2e Division Blindée, Dugny, 93440, FR
PAR15 is the first of three buildings on Digital Realty's Dugny campus, north-east of Paris on a former French Air Force site that had stood unused since 2011. It has been under construction since 2025, with first delivery expected in 2027. The campus as a whole is planned for more than 65,000 sq m of IT space and 176 MW of IT capacity across three buildings and thirty server rooms, fed by two dedicated 225 kV connections running roughly 28 kilometres underground from Plessis-Gassot and Villiers-le-Bel. Cooling uses air-cooled chillers and dry-coolers drawing on outside air. Recovered heat is contracted into the Coriance district heating network. This is the largest development Digital Realty has under way in France, and none of it is operational yet.
