At Lisses, in the Essonne south of Paris, CloudHQ holds consent for two data centres of 74.4 MW each, both fully permitted, taking the site to 150 MW of critical IT load over 83,613 m2. A new 225 kV substation is being built on the campus - a transmission-level connection rather than a distribution feed, which is what carrying 150 MW into the Île-de-France grid requires. CloudHQ is also laying diverse fibre ducts from the site to two separate interconnection points, so each building reaches the Paris network core by two routes. Ready-for-service is put at 22 months.
