DAL1 is Cologix's original suite inside the Infomart at 1950 North Stemmons Freeway, the carrier hotel that anchors interconnection across the south-central United States. Twenty-eight thousand square feet make it the largest of the three Cologix facilities in the building. Its power story is the differentiator: feeds from three separate utility substations through two automatic transfer switches, two UPS systems and a backup generator, and a priority power feed shared with the Parkland Health Hospital System — the same restoration queue as a major trauma centre. Cabinets take up to 8 kW, cooled by a 280-ton N+1 perimeter CRAC plant with overhead ducted supply in a cold and hot aisle layout. Security is doubled, with both Infomart and Cologix guards on site around the clock.
