Cologix DAL3

DAL3 is the newest of Cologix's three suites in the Infomart at 1950 North Stemmons Freeway in Dallas, thirteen thousand square feet on a 20-inch anti-static raised floor. Like DAL2 it runs pods with hot-aisle containment and takes cabinets to 15 kW, and it adds premium dedicated pods for deployments of ten cabinets or more. It shares the campus electrical and mechanical plant: 2N UPS and generator, four power feeds from three diverse utility substations with automatic transfer switches upstream and downstream, the Parkland Health Hospital System priority feed, and more than 600 tons of chilled-water in-row cooling in N+1. Being inside the Infomart is the point — the building is one of the densest carrier intersections between the coasts, with routes reaching into Mexico and Central America.
