NVA01A is a single 180,000 sq ft data center on a 16-acre site in Sterling, Loudoun County, holding 17 MW of critical capacity, against the 18 MW marketed for the same building in January 2020. Early access begins in Q3 2026 and full commissioning follows in Q4 2026, so a Loudoun deployment can be planned against a fixed delivery window rather than a speculative one. The building holds Uptime Institute's Management and Operations Stamp of Approval, first awarded in September 2018 and last renewed in January 2023 for a term through 2025. Capacity is offered as dedicated blocks to hyperscale, neocloud and enterprise clients.
