It came into the estate through the DuPont Fabros acquisition in 2017, and runs N+1 on both the electrical and mechanical plant. Reston sits inside the Beltway side of the Northern Virginia market, closer to Washington and to the federal and contractor base than Data Center Alley, which is the argument for taking space here rather than fifteen miles further out at the campus.
