Every building system is N+2 at full capacity: twenty-four 1,300 kW rotary UPS in an isolated-parallel configuration, twenty-four 2,250 kW diesel generators, and four 50,000-gallon fuel stores giving a minimum 58 hours. Cooling runs on ten 1,200-ton centrifugal chillers with 540,000 gallons of chilled-water storage under a 42-inch raised floor. Individual rooms vary from 167 to 225 watts per square foot.
