Three near-identical shells of 149,076, 148,580 and 149,076 square feet were finished together in 2016 at 44854, 44858 and 44862 Interconnection Place, sharing one 37.94-acre parcel and one Loudoun tax account. Their 20-foot walls are the lowest on any purpose-built Amazon hall in Ashburn. The Blackstone-COPT joint venture bought the ground for $30m on 15 October 2015 and took title to the buildings on 3 July 2019. Loudoun assessed the parcel at $155,709,930 for 2026, split $58.1m land and $97.6m building.
