The first two buildings were delivered under an earlier name, NVAL3, as NVA13 at 36 MW and 262,000 sq ft and NVA18 at 48 MW and 340,000 sq ft, from a 34-acre origin parcel at 8911 Freedom Center Boulevard beside NOVEC's Rixlew substation.
