Equinix DA4
2323 Bryan St, Dallas, TX, 75201, US
Equinix DA4 is the company's downtown Dallas IBX, 12,529 sq ft of colocation in the 24-storey multi-tenant Univision Center at 2323 Bryan Street rather than in the Infomart. The site came to Equinix with Switch and Data, which ran a Dallas data center with PAIX interconnection at this address by October 2007, when the tower was Digital Realty-owned, and which Equinix bought on 3 May 2010 for $683.4 million. Backup power is a single stand-alone generator with 30 hours of fuel at full load behind N+1 UPS, cooling is N+2, and cabinets start at 2 kVA on 120V/208V distribution. Twenty-six networks and three exchanges are present: Equinix Internet Exchange, MegaIX Dallas and NetIX. Security staff are on site weekdays 8 to 5, with after-hours coverage from the Equinix Operations Center. SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001, PCI DSS and HIPAA are attested; buyers take private cages, Flex Space, Fabric, Fabric Cloud Router and Internet Access.
