Five hundred acres between Talty and Post Oak Bend City, in Kaufman County east of Dallas, are the ground Prometheus Hyperscale brought to market in February 2026. Four large liquid-cooled buildings are planned for up to 200 MW of utility load. Power is the reason for the siting: an agreement with ENGIE North America signed on 2 September 2025 puts the campus next to an existing ENGIE battery storage asset, and a partnership with Conduit Power announced the following day covers up to 300 MW of bridge and back-up supply at each of two initial Texas projects. Behind-the-meter generation is by Jenbacher J620 gas engines in AB Energy Ecomax 33 packages, 75 of which were ordered in November 2025 for 250 MW across Texas and Wyoming.
