Density is what distinguishes it from the rest of the Dallas market: the operator publishes up to 60 kW per rack, several times what a conventional retail colocation hall is designed around, which brings AI and high-performance workloads into a metro otherwise served by standard cabinets. Standby generation carries 24 hours of runtime at full load and is tested weekly. The site is SOC 2 Type II audited under SSAE 18, with PCI and HIPAA handled as control mappings rather than as separate certifications, and it sits outside the 500-year flood plain in seismic zone 0.
