Wowrack's SEA1 at 12201 Tukwila International Boulevard is the company's flagship Pacific Northwest data center — a locally owned and operated, carrier-neutral facility billed as Seattle's largest independent colocation site. The purpose-built, structural-steel building sits atop a hill above the 500-year floodplain and offers 18,000 square feet and 450 racks of caged and cabinet space, scaling from quarter racks to full private cages. It delivers 3 MW of 2N/N+1 power at up to 20 kW per cabinet, N+1 chiller-and-economizer cooling and diesel generator backup, engineered for high-density and enterprise deployments. Connectivity is a core strength: the site is on-net to the Seattle Internet Exchange with more than 400 Gbps of diverse dark fiber to the Westin Building carrier hotel and a Megaport public-cloud connector reaching AWS, Azure, Google, Oracle and Salesforce. Backed by 24/7 Seattle-based on-site engineers and SOC 2 Type II, PCI DSS and HIPAA compliance, SEA1 pairs independent local ownership and support with rich carrier-neutral interconnection for colocation, hybrid cloud and disaster recovery.
