QTS Irving DC3 is the 415,900 sq ft third building on the Irving campus, at 6351 Longhorn Drive, announced on 27 March 2023 as a 43.5 MW addition fed from the campus's on-site substation and slated to open that year. Where DC1 and DC2 occupy the converted 1994 semiconductor plant at 6431 Longhorn Drive, DC3 is new construction tied in through diverse campus fiber entrances and the redundant campus conduit system, which puts the campus's 17 networks and three exchanges, DE-CIX Dallas, MegaIX Dallas and Ninja-IX Dallas, a cross-connect away. Hall-level density, redundancy topology and cooling plant for DC3 are not disclosed beyond advanced cooling systems and substation power, and no certification is attested for this building specifically. A buyer can lease wholesale halls or retail cabinets here, with campus-wide Switchboard on-ramps to AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Oracle and IBM Cloud Direct Link.
