QTS South Dallas DC6 is the twin of DC5 at 421 Mason Road in Wilmer, a 363,500 sq ft two-storey shell with office and data hall space whose Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation filing, registered 20 February 2026, carries the same $290 million estimate and the same 1 July 2026 start and 1 September 2027 completion as its neighbour. The two buildings together add 727,000 sq ft to the DFW2 campus on top of the 1.44 million sq ft already filed at 303 Mason Road, and DC6 is the fifth building QTS registered there in under 18 months. Nothing beyond the building size, cost and schedule has been published for DC6, and QTS states no critical megawatts for any South Dallas building. A buyer treats DC6 as 2027 shell inventory to be fitted to order, with DC7 on Sunrise Road following three months behind.
