CyrusOne's Ridgetop Circle campus in Sterling, Loudoun County, is a 14-acre site run as one facility across the NVA1, NVA2 and NVA3 buildings: 420,000 sq ft of technical IT space and 44 MW of IT capacity at campus level. The first 30,000 sq ft of colocation went live in December 2014 at up to 12 MW, and the campus held its open house on 14 May 2015. Data halls are designed for 200 W per sq ft and can take above 1,000 W per sq ft, on a 36-inch raised floor with an N+1 central plant, N+2 air side, 500-ton Trane chillers and 200-ton Stulz CRAH units in a zero-water design. SOC 1 Type 2, SOC 2 Type 2, PCI DSS, HIPAA and ISO 27001 are attested for the campus, which carries a 100% uptime SLA. Nine networks and two exchanges, MegaIX Ashburn and CyrusOne IX, meet here, and a buyer can take cabinets, a hall or a whole building.
