Shellhorn Road, Sterling, VA, 20166, US
STACK's NVA04 campus sits at 22285 Lockridge Road in Sterling, on the Ashburn border, and was announced on January 5, 2022 as an 80-acre site for three buildings totalling 216 MW and nearly 1 million sq ft. STACK's current campus page gives the site as 72 acres and 200 MW of critical capacity. Dominion Energy supplies the campus under a 100 percent renewable contract, and STACK secured access to the major long-haul fiber carriers and high-capacity dark fiber before announcing the project. First-phase delivery was targeted for the third quarter of 2023, and STACK has not published a per-building breakdown, completion notice or tenant for any of the three buildings since. NVA04 is the larger of STACK's two Sterling campuses, at 200 MW against the 17 MW of NVA01.
