2302 South Presidents Drive, West Valley City, UT, 84120, US
EdgeConneX SLC01 at 2302 Presidents Drive in West Valley City is a 25,000 sq ft edge data center three miles from the airport, with 4,875 sq ft of raised floor, 500 kW of N+1 critical power in service and a 2 MW design ceiling. When the Salt Lake Internet eXchange added this building as a member access point in April 2017 the facility was described at 14,230 sq ft, so the floor has grown since SLIX first connected. Three exchanges now land here, SLIX, GraniteIX and the Mountain West Internet Exchange, and 18 networks are present, with Arelion, Comcast, Lumen, XMission and Zayo among the carriers and direct fiber routes toward Denver and Reno. Cabinets run to 20 kW over N+1 CRACs in separate suites, and the building holds SOC 2 Type 2, ISO 27001, PCI DSS and HIPAA attestations. With 1.5 MW of design headroom, a buyer can place a single rack today and grow into a pod.
