Portland 3 at 9610 SW Sunshine Court in Beaverton is a 6,700 sq ft building with 3,000 sq ft of configurable white space and 1.5 MW of capacity, carried on N+1 UPS, three diesel generators and 150 tons of DX cooling supplemented by 25,000 gallons of stored rainwater. It holds DEEP Gold certification at the Oregon program's top level, qualified for the state's Energy Loan Program, and is covered by SOC 1 and SOC 2 reports. Digital Fortress took it over in January 2021 with the two other Atmosera sites, and it is tied to Portland 2 across the street by a direct fiber path and to the Pittock Block by a redundant ring. Four networks are present, with Comcast, CenturyLink, Level 3 and Zayo among them, and the floor is a Northwest Access Exchange member. Custom-sized private cages and cabinets are the formats sold here.
