ATI DC-1 is a carrier-neutral retail colocation facility operated by ATI Solutions, Inc. at 4227 Lafayette Center Drive in Chantilly, Virginia, in the Northern Virginia data-center corridor. The purpose-built site offers roughly 3,000 square feet of raised-floor space with cabinet, cage, and cross-connect options. Power is delivered through a 2 MW dedicated transformer on an underground utility feed, backed by 2N redundancy across diesel generators, UPS systems, and PDUs. Cooling uses redundant chillers and CRAH units with hot-aisle containment for higher-density deployments. The lit facility supports multiple Tier-1 carriers and is present in PeeringDB (facility 6453). Physical security includes 24/7/365 CCTV monitoring with biometric, PIN, and card-reader access control, and ATI maintains AICPA SOC and HIPAA compliance.
