6675 NE 62nd Ave (PDX11)
6675 NE 62nd Ave, Hillsboro, OR, 97124, US
PDX11 on NE 62nd Avenue is a purpose-built two-storey data centre completed in 2020 in Hillsboro, the Washington County town about 25 kilometres west of Portland that carries most of Oregon's data centre capacity. It holds an Uptime Institute Tier III Certification of Constructed Facility awarded in March 2021 — scoped to Suite 220 rather than the whole building, but a genuine constructed-facility award rather than a design certification, and the only one Digital Realty holds anywhere on the American west coast. Power is drawn under Portland General Electric's Green Future Impact programme from the Pachwaywit Fields solar project in Gilliam County. Digital Realty does not currently market the building and publishes no specification for it.
