ATL01 is the smaller of EdgeConneX's two Atlanta buildings, a 35,830 sq ft facility at 1003 Donnelly Avenue SW with 6,322 sq ft of raised floor in two data halls and 1.5 MW of N+1 critical power, three miles from downtown. ATL02 next door at 1101 Donnelly, announced in August 2018 with 15 MW, carries the campus's bulk capacity, and in December 2020 Bandwidth IG lit a metro dark-fiber ring into both buildings. CIX-ATL is the exchange on this floor and 14 networks meet here, including AT&T, Arelion, Cogent, Comcast, Lumen, Zayo, Hurricane Electric, Southern Telecom and Megaport, whose fabric reaches AWS, Microsoft, Google and Oracle. Cabinets run to 20 kW on a 30-inch underfloor plenum with N+1 CRACs in separate suites. ATL01 holds EPA ENERGY STAR certification and is audited for SOC 2 Type 2, PCI DSS, HIPAA and ISO 27001. An extended cross-connect reaches the downtown carrier hotel; cabinets, cages and remote hands are available.
