Vantage VA4 – Fredericksburg
225 Centreport Pkwy, Fredericksburg, VA, 22406, US
Fredericksburg (VA4) is Vantage's 82-acre campus at 225 Centreport Parkway in Stafford County, planned for 192 MW of critical IT load across three two-story buildings totalling 929,000 sq ft, with the first building scheduled to open in late 2027 and the others rolling out through 2028. Vantage broke ground on November 6, 2025 with a $2 billion budget and DPR Construction as general contractor, its first Virginia campus outside Loudoun County. A private 270 MW on-site substation fed by Dominion Energy supplies 480 V distribution with N+1 redundancy on both electrical and mechanical systems. The design averages 500 kW per row, and the closed-loop chilled-water plant can add liquid-to-liquid cooling through CDUs sized for 100 percent of IT load, so air-cooled and liquid-cooled GPU racks share a hall. Each building gets two meet-me-rooms and one fiber point of entry; LEED certification is planned, not yet awarded. Buyers pre-lease halls or a whole building for 2027 and 2028 delivery.
