Lunavi Cheyenne
340 Progress Circle, Cheyenne, WY, 82007, US
Lunavi's Cheyenne data center at 340 Progress Circle, 90 miles north of Denver, was built by Green House Data from a groundbreaking on August 27, 2013, planned at 35,000 sq ft with its first phase finished by early 2014; a December 2018 third phase added two floors and 7,500 sq ft of white space, and the building now stands at 42,000 sq ft and 5 MW, owned by 1547 CSR and leased to Lunavi. The plant delivers 4 MW of critical IT load, expandable to 8 MW, through N+1 generators and UPS and N+2 cooling, with Vertiv indirect evaporative units holding an average PUE of 1.17. Cabinets run to 10 kW on A/B feeds, with 800 cabinets available and suites of 7,500 or 3,750 sq ft. Charter, Lumen, Viaerofiber and Zayo enter on two points of entry, and SOC 1 Type II and SOC 2 Type II audits cover the building. Buyers take cabinets or a 200- or 400-cabinet suite.
