AS1273 is Vodafone's global enterprise and wholesale backbone — the former Cable & Wireless Worldwide network acquired in 2012, and distinct from the national ASNs Vodafone's mobile operating companies announce. Access ports are published only as a range from 1 to 100 Gbps, full rate or rate-limited, billed as a committed rate or commit-plus-burst. Little else is published in numbers: the community set exists but is not documented publicly, and the only service-level commitment stated is on round-trip delay with rebates. That makes it a procurement-cycle purchase rather than one you can compare on a spec sheet against a carrier that publishes its ladder.
