11 Kin Chuen Street (HKG11)
11 Kin Chuen Street, Hong Kong, HK, HK
HKG11 is the taller and newer of the two Hong Kong buildings, twelve storeys at 11 Kin Chuen Street in Kwai Chung, opened in November 2021 with 228,000 sq ft (21,182 sq m) of which around two thirds of the floors are given over to customer deployments. Power and cooling are both designed to N+1. It publishes SOC 1, SOC 2, SOC 3, PCI-DSS, ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 27001 — the same set as its Tseung Kwan O counterpart, and, as there, no sustainability certification of any kind appears. Kwai Chung puts it on the Kowloon side of the harbour with direct carrier fibre onward to the mainland border crossings, which is the practical reason to choose it over Tseung Kwan O.
