The building is a Type I concrete structure with a TwinT concrete roof and deployable Armor Screen ballistic-nylon shielding rated to 276 mph, giving it a hurricane posture no other 365 site claims. Utility service is 1,200 amps at 480V AC behind six N+1 UPS units, an N+1 800 kW generator and a redundant 1.25 MW unit. The site came to 365 through its October 2017 acquisition of Host.net, and a Megaport point of presence was added in July 2025.
