Carlstadt is the heavyweight of the portfolio: eight data halls, 187,600 sq ft and 18 MW — roughly eight times the power of the operator's other New Jersey site at Bridgewater twenty miles away. The former SunGard Availability Services campus runs 2N UPS across 30 units and N+1 generators comprising four 2 MW and six 2.5 MW machines, each on a 4,000-gallon tank giving about 40 hours at full load, behind redundant utility service from diverse substations. Cooling is a 4,000-ton N+1 plant. Carrier diversity here is physical as well as logical: more than 20 carriers land across three separate telco rooms, and a Megaport PoP arrived in July 2025.
