Commack is the only site in the portfolio with a published efficiency figure, and it is a good one: free cooling runs roughly eight months a year and PUE falls as low as 1.22 during economisation cycles, on a DSE air-cooled plant with 2N redundancy. mindSHIFT Technologies, a Ricoh company, built it in 2016 and stayed on as anchor customer when 365 acquired it in February 2020. Power reaches 6 MW across two pods, with twin 3.0 MW continuous-duty generators at N+1 and 125 hours of on-site fuel at full load. Uniquely here, the site sells a managed network line — switches, firewalls, routers and SD-WAN edge devices — behind a 24x7 NOC.
