New York 1 occupies the third floor of 65 Broadway, the 1917 American Express Building in the Financial District, and it is the only one of the four Manhattan suites that came through the original portfolio rather than the Atlantic Metro acquisition — its line runs Switch and Data, then Equinix, then 365 Main's 2012 purchase of sixteen data centres. At 16,000 sq ft it is also the largest operator-run suite in the city. Plant is three 203 kW UPS units at N+1 with a 750 kW diesel generator and a 170-ton N+1 cooling system over cold-aisle containment, with DC A and B feeds available alongside AC.
