365 Data Centers – Philadelphia (Downtown)
1500 Spring Garden St, Philadelphia, PA, 19130, US
The Spring Garden Street building is the larger and better-connected of the two Philadelphia assets — a 12-story tower with 135,100 sq ft of data centre space, 10 MW of power, and the only one of the pair to host a public internet exchange. PhillyIX sits in its meet-me room with 27 connected networks, and the July 2025 Megaport expansion added on-ramps here to AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Oracle Cloud and IBM Cloud. Electrical plant is 2N UPS across 24 units and six 2 MW generators at N+1, each on a 4,000-gallon tank, fed from diverse substation paths. Cooling is a 3,000-ton N+1 system.
