Construction started on 26 January 2026 against a completion date of 26 June 2027. The operator is Coravel, the fifty-fifty joint venture of ACS Group and Global Infrastructure Partners announced in November 2025 and branded in July 2026, while title sits with a single-purpose company registered in Coral Gables, Florida. Oncor supplies the campus. Building B takes its share of the campus anchor lease signed that July, let whole to a single undisclosed hyperscaler alongside its two neighbours, with options on roughly 100 MW more.
