Five buildings are planned on 107 acres at Hicks Field Road in north Fort Worth, and the first three are registered and under way: DFW 11 at 10200 Hicks Field Road, 251,303 sq ft over two storeys with two data halls of 25,075 sq ft each and a $280 million build cost, then DFW 12 and DFW 13 at 283,274 sq ft apiece, each holding four halls of 29,427 sq ft. An anchor lease signed on 15 July 2026 commits about 140 MW of critical IT load across the three to a single undisclosed hyperscaler, with rights to roughly 100 MW more in the two buildings still to come. Coravel operates the campus - the brand launched the same day for the 50-50 joint venture between ACS Group and Global Infrastructure Partners - with Turner Construction building it and Corgan as architect. Oncor plans a substation next to the site inside ERCOT, and cooling is designed as a closed water loop. Completion runs from 26 June 2027 for DFW 11 to 17 May 2028 for DFW 12.
