Alastyr Data Center

Alastyr owns its building outright at 5747 Sokak No:84 in the Camdibi industrial area of Bornova, on the eastern side of Izmir, and has run a data centre there since 2018. It is a small hall - 250 m2 of white space holding fifty cabinets, inside 1,000 m2 of operational area with a further 600 m2 of offices. The structure is reinforced concrete with three-metre ceilings and floors rated to 750 kg per m2. A dedicated 2 MW transformer feeds the site, backed by N+1 generators and N+1 modular UPS with thirty minutes of autonomy at full load, while the network core is built on Juniper MX480 and QFX switching behind two 40 Gbit fibre paths from separate carriers. Alastyr holds ISO 27001 and ISO 9001 through TURKAK accreditation. Its Tier II reference describes the standard the build follows; Turkiye's Uptime register does not list the company, whose Izmir neighbours in the market are Nixcon in Bayrakli and Vodafone's Gaziemir site.
