Power capacity
6 MW

Seventy-seven double-pendulum isolators carry the building at Gaziemir, on the southern edge of Izmir, and they are the most precisely published thing about it: 71 structural units plus six prototypes, rated for plus or minus 900 mm of travel and vertical loads from 12,500 up to 34,700 kN. The site is a joint venture between Vodafone Turkiye and DAMAC Digital, whose Edgnex arm supplies the Red Haven brand; the project's own code is IZMDC1. It was announced in February 2024 at roughly US$100 million for 6 MW, and Serban handed it over on 13 July 2026 having delivered design, construction, system integration, testing and commissioning as one turnkey package. Neither the certification level nor the commercial model was disclosed at handover, and no exchange or carrier is registered on site - Izmir's registered facilities are Alastyr and Nixcon, elsewhere in the city.
