The site's second life began on 14 July 2026, when CleanSpark signed a twenty-year triple-net lease over 175 MW of critical IT load with an unnamed investment-grade global technology company - about $6.6bn of contracted revenue over the initial term, or roughly $11.6bn if both five-year extension options are taken. Deliveries are expected to begin in the fourth quarter of 2027. The same tenant holds a letter of intent and exclusivity across CleanSpark's Texas portfolio of about 885 MW. A further 122 acres were bought here for a greenfield build.
