LHR19 is the largest building Digital Realty operates in London Docklands at 138,800 sq ft (12,900 sq m), and it is where the operator sited its first Innovation Lab in Europe. The building runs N+1 on both the electrical and the cooling paths. Thirty-five networks reach it across four internet exchanges, both LINX fabrics among them, with five carriers on site. Seven compliance marks are published, and the building carries BREEAM certification. It is one of only three UK addresses where Digital Realty publishes a carbon-free energy figure alongside the renewable one, both at 100 per cent.
